Buffalo Wedding Photography: Will & Sobeida.
Hello, and welcome to Will and Sobeida’s Buffalo Wedding Photography post. May is always a tricky month when it comes to weddings. In Buffalo NY, we get a lot of rain in the spring. I’m always prepared for it with a indoor location and a lot of umbrellas. Yet, I still hate it when it rains on someones wedding day.
As I pulled up to Sobeida’s apartment, the first few rain drops started to fall. Inside I find Sobeida and her bridesmaids dashing around from room to room. They are all in a hurry to get ready. I love it when brides get ready at their own homes. It adds a lot more details to the getting ready photos. I like being able to blend their everyday life with the wedding. I find it makes for much more sentimental pictures for the bride and groom.
Will and his groomsmen were patiently waiting for us to arrive to the ceremony site, when the rain started. Im not talking a little sprinkle here. The rain was actually bouncing off the ground it was pouring so hard.
After the ceremony went out to start our Buffalo Wedding Photography at an indoor location. As we got closer to Buffalo, I saw a little clearing in the clouds. Not even 1 minute after we had arrived the rain completely stopped, and the sun came out! We were able to photography their beautiful wedding portraits at Hoyt lake and the Albright Knox Art Gallery in Buffalo New York.
The bridal party then headed over to Sean Patrict’s for their wedding reception. Everyone ate, drank and danced all night long!
