Nicole arrives at Bride’s getting ready location and Marc arrives at Groom’s getting ready location.
Note: Ideally by the time we arrive, hair and makeup is wrapping up. If something is going to delay the beginning of the day, it’s often hair and makeup.

Groom + groomsmen depart for first look site.
1:45 P.M.
Bride and bridesmaids depart for first look location.
2:00 P.M.
The first look takes place.
Note: The First Look can take place at the getting ready location, ceremony, or reception location. It’s up to you! Although we’re happy to make recommendations.
2:10 P.M.
Bride & Groom + bridal party portraits.
Note: We recommend 30 minutes for bridal party and 60 minutes for the couple.
4:00 P.M.
The ceremony takes place.
4:30 P.M.
Family portraits.
Note: We do family portraits right after the ceremony because everyone you need will be easy to grab. If you can give your family notice that we’ll be taking pictures immediately after the ceremony, that will also ensure that no one wanders off. We’ll help you create a list of family portraits before the big day.
Cocktail Hour
Note: The great thing about doing a First Look is that it gives you more time at cocktail hour. We’ll grab candids of your guest and detail pictures while you enjoy the hour.
5:30 P.M.
Introductions
Note: There are a few different ways to lay out the time between intros and dinner. Some like to get all the formalities out of the way, while some like to break it up more. Our favorite is Intros, cake cutting, speeches, and then dinner with traditional dances after.
5:45 P.M.
Toasts and Speeches.
Note: I strongly recommend having your speeches before salads are served. That way you ensure everyone is focused on you and you can get emotional photos of your loved ones with our worrying about a roll hanging out of Uncle Bob’s mouth in the background…True story.
7:15 P.M.
First dances.
7:30 P.M.
Open dancing begins!
8:15 P.M.
Night portrait
Note: Around 15 minutes before the end of our coverage we will grab you guys for a night portrait. This is also a perfect time to create a faux sparkler exit with your bridal party!
